Pathways Support Deeper Responsibility and Leadership
All pathways assume completion of Getting Started modules such as Orientation to Community Media. They provide shared context, values, and expectations of how community and campus media work, and what participation involves.
Learning pathways are guided learning journeys that support people as they take on greater responsibility, specialization, and leadership within our organization.
Each pathway builds on a shared foundation and moves toward a clear goal — helping individuals and organizations develop the skills, understanding, and confidence needed for specific roles over time.
